What we store, and what we refuse to store

What is on your profile
Your name, job title, city and country, seniority, disciplines, visual register, specialities, software, work status, mobility, work-authorisation status, a short bio, and links to your reel, LinkedIn and site. All of it is public — that is the point of the directory, and you tick a box saying so before you create the profile.
Your contact email is stored apart from the public profile. It is never part of the directory data: a visitor gets it one profile at a time, by clicking « Show contact » on your page.
Availability, and the monthly email
You choose between available now, booked until a date and not looking. Because a stale status misleads studios, it is only shown while it is recent — after that your profile says « availability not confirmed ». About once a month we email you three buttons to update it in one click, without signing in. Each button carries a private link that only works for your profile.
What we never store
No video, no image files, no career history, no private messages. Your reel stays on YouTube, Vimeo or ArtStation, under your account, and we keep the link. If you delete it there, it disappears here.
Work-authorisation status
We ask for it because it is the single thing studios recruiting internationally need to know first. It is sensitive, so it is entirely optional: leave every territory on « No right » and nothing is shown. Filling it in is a choice you make to be found by studios that sponsor.
Where it lives
On Supabase, in a European Union region. Sign-in uses a one-time email link; we never hold a password.
Counting
We count how many times your profile page was opened, per day, so you can see whether it is working. The count is a number and nothing else — no visitor identity, no IP address, no cookie, no analytics vendor. Only you can read your own count.
Deleting
The Delete my account button at the bottom of your profile editor removes your profile, your view counts and your sign-in record, immediately and for good. No email to send, no waiting period.
Contact
For anything about your data, write to the address in the site footer. Under the GDPR you may access, correct, export or erase your data, and complain to your national data-protection authority.
